Alabama Gulf Coast Beach Holidays

When we arrived it was late in the evening. The hotel is set up more as a motel with all room access from an outside courtyard. There were multiple cockroaches on the sidewalk, walls, and doors of the rooms as we walked to ours. When we entered we found a large cockroach on the wall in the bedroom next to the bed. We tossed the sheets and bedding checking for anymore bugs and left the room. We booked another hotel for the two nights. I went up the facility the following day to discuss the situation and they told me we would be charged because we stayed in the room that night and didn’t call them to allow them the ability to “fix” the situation. It was 11 at night and their office closed early. They very much shrugged off the situation and placed blame on us. I would highly recommend not staying here. It is cheap but spend a little more for better customer service.

We had an infestation of ants all over the apartment. We had them in the bed on the coach in the kitchen crawling all over the floor. We had to go and buy some mop cleaner to try to get them out of the kitchen. The property was pretty but the actually air b n b was a night mare. We got bitten by ants.

Love the apartment everything was great. My only complaint is the AC wasn’t working during my stay.
