Tenerife North Beach Holidays

Excellent hotel with so many amenities. The view alone makes the stay worthwhile however the hotel also includes so many activities especially for families. There’s a large pool, a baby pool, and a heated jacuzzi for adults. There’s a bar, restaurant and store on sight. Perfectly located to downtown shopping and restaurant. Highly recommend this place.

You will be staying in a section of a large resort. Your room may well be in amongst the all-inclusive families. Not an issue for us but if you are expecting exclusive adults only, then this is not the place for you. If you are expecting 5 star luxury, then this is not it. Don't spend money on a "premium/luxury" sunbed, the system felt like a scam, the service was terrible. We enjoyed sitting in the sun, we enjoyed breakfast and our room but anything app or service related ended up being met with impending dread. We were called many times by the manager to check we were ok after we wrote a complaint but it was all very awkward. We ended up ordering food for delivery from a place in the next village on two nights, the best food we had all week! They commented to us how bland the food was in the hotel without any prompting from us so it obviously has a reputation. I would suggest staying somewhere smaller that cares about the customer experience more.

Our stay was amazing, from the staff, the food, the spa, and our villa. Great location, beach was close by and golf buggies ready if we were fleeing lazy to walk. Cannot wait to come back.

The hotel had extremely nice staff and our room was perfect for seeing out Storm Theresa. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. I had an excellent massage and would recommend the hotel to anyone

Clean room. Rituals products in bathroom. Room had an ironing board, iron and hairdryer. Great ocean view. Lots of choice for breakfast. Pool side menu limited food options.

Staff are super kind Room was clean Bar too expensive ( 6 euro for a cup of tea, $16 euro for frozen drinks) for no reason while you are already paying for 5 star hotel stay

Exceptional. Lovely garden. Great facilties. Very helpful and kind staff in every department. Special thanks to reservations, housekeeping and doormen.

Old hotel with excelent loco ,breakfast ok,necesary to reduce bad smell from bathrooms..

Room was modern and had good facilites, was a comfortable stay. Hotel was close to everything needed, supermarkets, resturants, town, beach, transportation. Staff were great. Only down side was room got very hot but there is a fan provided.

The staff is really helpfull. Nice swimming pool (I was the only user in march). I didn't eat in the restaurant, only took a coffee in the morning. The location is also interesting because it's very near the bus station If you want to travel on the island by bus et to go the airport North, and near the beaches and the city center
