Check in was easy, room was ready a little early.

We had the best room ever! Very spacious and the location is amazing, right on the ski hill. The spa is great and don't miss the very cozy bar with fireplace. The staff were excellent, very helpful getting us ski rentals and information. Loved this hotel, truly a wonderful place to stay!

Good location, close to train station, very quiet, friendly staff, breakfast has lots of options.

Great staff - very professional, formally dressed, and kind to their Canadian tourists. Makes me want to pick up my entire life and move to Davos lol.

The hotel has great air conditioning! I was there during a heat wave & the room temperature could be adjusted unlike some other nearby hotels. The staff was polite and helpful. The tram is right outside the front door and only 3 stops to the train station. My only suggestion is to have a mini fridge. It would have been helpful for cold drinks and snacks during the heat wave.

The reception staff were extremely helpful from the moment we arrived. The hotel is conveniently situated with a very pleasant lounge where coffee and water are available. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The staff in the breakfast room were most efficient and cheerful. A good choice of hotel for visiting Zurich.

Ok for a few days. The rooms are

First class hotel with excellent facilities. Good location close to a tram stop. Wonderful selection at breakfast. Thoughtful little things like free ice lollies during the heat wave which coincided with our stay. The staff were particularly helpful.
