Lovely and accommodating staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. While the view from our room was amazing (over canal) the room was a bit small and dated.

We really enjoyed our stay here - the room was clean and very comfortable and quiet. We were in a Junior Suite on the top floor. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was very friendly but there a couple of issues:
- The phone in our room did not work. We complained twice but nothing was done.
- At the end of the stay we were double-charged, as we had already prepaid. The staff on reception reversed this, but the following day we were charged again! This was sorted out by email.

Had a great stay at Hotel Casa! Super close to two subway stations so we were able to get to city center in 10-15 minutes. Our room was clean and we really appreciated the washer and dryer, though a little pricy per load.
