The staff were terrific,, accessible and welcoming... Rooms were kept so clean. Staff at the breakfast buffet were gracious and helpful... Great location... Will be back... Michael & Sarah C.

Lovely hotel. Amazing location. Gorgeous views. Breakfast was good continental. It rained hard and we had some water leaking in the door from the back deck. Mentioned it to the front desk when we checked out. Could’ve posed a Could’ve posed a slipping hazard.Otherwise, I would’ve given five stars.

We stayed 4 nights highly recommended it. Room size amazing , location very good , service great and very friendly staff.

This hotel is in a prime location in Times Square. Don’t hesitate and book this hotel. It is walking proximity to major attractions. Breakfast was included in our stay and it was delicious!

Good location, clean rooms, a good place to spend a day recovering from your journey. Fumicino itself is a bit run down and lacks some services but there is a bus to Ostia which takes 15 minutes or some each way.

This is a beautifully appointed, pristine hotel. The food and wait service was excellent, very friendly and attentive. Also appreciated the creative art work and furnishings. This hotel is in a great location, walkable to everything. Highly recommend!

The gym was amazing! Lots of space and weights. The rooms were super clean. The staff on the other hand were not the best. I was in my room taking a nap around 1pm and my door kept knocking. I was in there alone and I had forgotten to put the DND sign up. I told them I did not need cleaning, so they eventually went away. At 2:30 they came back and knocked again and I yelled again I did not need it( I was exhausted). They instead yelled POLIZIA!! So I got worried and went to get the door. As I opened it, it was the cleaning lady. I’m like, “why would you yell polizia if it’s just you, I’m sleeping and I’m tired”. She then is like “I’m so sorry, I’m so sorry”. That whole scenario was scary for a woman traveling alone. I went to go report it & nothing was done. A different day, I went to go buy some pizza and the staff there had such an attitude.
