Our stay at Hotel 32 32 in NYC was fantastic! The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-appointed, and the staff went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable. Its convenient location made exploring the city so easy and fun.

Let me tell you something: the pictures and reviews on Expedia and other websites were misleading. The hotel is outdated:
- no bar
- no coffee machine, no kettle (you have to order)
- no tea or coffee in the room
- no Smart TV,
- no modern inlets to charge phones, just old fashion versions;
- very weak flush in the toilet
- poor variety for breakfast
- complimentary water only in lobby
pluses:
- bed was big and comfortable
- room and bathroom were clean
