Location and amenities great. Stayed here before when it was owned by another company, which is why we came back. However, it was not very clean. Floors filled with dirt and feet black within seconds, balcony and outdoor furniture were covered in bugs, dirt, webs. I had old blood stains on my sheets. My 3 year old found a small screw on the floor which I had to fish from her mouth. I notified the establishment but heard nothing back from them.
