The hotel is beautiful. The staff were wonderful and very helpful, pleasant and so accommodating. Everyone made us feel welcome and at home.

The staff is lovely and the property gorgeous. The room could have been more complete (no slippers to be found and no in-room mini bar amenities, which was surprising). The grounds are pristine and peaceful.

So many things are great, and well, so much needs updating and improving. On a positive note, the suite with two rooms was accommodating to my family. The welcome Prosecco and fruit was appreciated. Location great and staff friendly. Unfortunately, the room was so dark, dreary and depressing. We had issues- toilet not flushing, shower not draining, and the bedding is disappointing. Brunch was nice, bar also disappointing. Some of the staff smelled like body odor and just over all not inviting. If this place was a three star hotel and the price indicated that, I would be ok, but it surely should not be a Leading Hotel of the World.

Spent 3 days here on a pre Xmas visit. Nice enough hotel lobby and adjacent bar as you enter, friendly staff but busy and maybe need more available at busy times. Room OK and clean enough but would have been better if a little bigger. Disappointed that the daily hotel extra charge was more than Expedia advised. This needs clarified.

My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.

Great as always! This was our fourth stay. First time on Christmas season and the hotel looked more beautiful than ever. The staff were very helpful and polite, the room was very clean The only complain is the public restroom, that we had to use before check in time. There was a very long line to get in, It wasn’t very clean and there was no toilet paper.
