"My Tower Premium King Room on the 23rd floor was spacious. The bellmen at the front of the hotel treated me kindly. However, the lobby staff could be more welcoming to guests.
The bed was cozy, and my room, away from the elevator, was mostly quiet.
Unfortunately, the bathroom plumbing needed repairs. The sink faucet leaked, and the shower overflowed into the bathroom's main area. The good news is that the housekeeping staff cleaned these water spills during their daily service.
When I ordered room service, it arrived quickly. However, the pricing doesn’t reflect the limited menu.
All in all, I would return to this hotel. Its location is in the city center, and I enjoyed working at a sizeable desk.
A few tweaks to the hotel’s operations would improve the customer experience."
