We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed the buffet breakfast every morning. All the staff were really nice & helpful. The hotel was in a great location for us, 20 minute walk from the metro station to the airport and 6 minute walk to the metro station to get into central Madrid. The bed and pillows were comfy so we got some good sleep. The shower was hot and powerful. The room was a bit tired and in need of a little TLC but other that that everything alse was great.

Very nice clean hotel. Staff was very accommodating and professional, loved location as well, just a quick taxi ride to downtown.

The hotel itself is excellent, spacious rooms, clean and the reception staff is great. Very accommodating and professional. My problem was with the restaurant staff. After confusion over breakfast hours I ordered from what they had available. The staff really didn't want to serve anyone after 11am. Someone brought me the wrong thing (tostada con tomate y jamón), what I got was sliced bread with assemble yourself tomato puree and no ham. Another table got annoyed that they were paying no attention to them either. I just walked to the register and gave them back what they brought me and just paid for my coffee. I told the server that it was obvious that we were disturbing them and just wanted to leave. No apologies or even a, my bad, from them. Hotel and staff excellent! Restaurant no so much. I would recommend the hotel in a heartbeat but do yourself a favor and didn't eat at their restaurant

My room was right over a patio where people were talking loudly until 12 PM. They also play paddle outside until after 11 the room was clean and everything worked. The Wi-Fi was high-quality. The bed was quite firm, but OK the air conditioning unit needs to be cleaned as it gave me terrible allergies when it was on, I had to turn it off. The breakfast was probably not worth the price as it was very salty. The beans had been reheated multiple times and just not very good. Overall, I’d find someplace different to stay next time.

me gusto que a la hora que llegue era muy tarde de la noche y pude encontrar agua y jugo gratis. que eso me ayudo bastante por lo tarde que era. que no me gusto que en la manana no ofrecieron ni un cafe gratis sino que habia que comprar el desayuno. y lo comprendo porque la economia esta esta dificil. pero un cafe complimentario ayuda.

Great hotel! Location was perfect for visiting the Prado, Sofia Reina, and Retiro Park. One in our group uses a wheel chair and bathroom for handicapped individual was very good. Restaurant adjacent to hotel is very good too.
