Great stay, close to the beach, but far away from all other attractions

Upon our arrival at the hotel, Javi and the entire staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Everyone was exceptionally friendly, professional, and eager to help, making our stay truly memorable. One experience that really stood out was when one of the bellmen literally ran into the street to catch a taxi for us because we were running late for our tour (I wish I could recall his name) That level of care and dedication perfectly reflects the outstanding service we received throughout our stay. The team consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wonderful variety of options, and the staff was incredibly accommodating to our family’s needs. Overall, we had an amazing experience. We traveled as a family, my husband, our three adult daughters, and I, and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We truly appreciated the exceptional hospitality and would gladly return and recommend this hotel to others.

Such a beautiful hotel and in the center of everything. A half block from Las Ramblas and a block from La Boqueria Market (a must see). Rooms are a great size, especially for Europe. They are comfortable, ours had a lovely small balcony so we could see the street. There is a rooftop bar as well as a bar in the lobby. Staff are friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Staff was easy to talk to and helped us get a taxi for our convenience. Room need to update for sure. Sheets are clean as far as I could tell. The hotel was in a good place close to Barcelona cathedral, cafe and other clothing shops. It was a good stay for a night.

The room was clean and had the essential amenities. There is no front desk and it is necessary to use an app to check in and get the access codes. There was a lot of noise in the corridors during the night: doors banging, drunk partygoers yelling and crying, and constant beeping from neighboring doors being opened.

Breakfast was ok, food was cold unfortunately but plenty to choose from
