This is our 4th stay at the Divi phoenix. Property is Beautiful . JR at the bar is the best same with Ronnie and Edward. Never disappointed with the food and drinks. Rooms are well maintained . Beach is stunning. Location is perfect close enough to downtown but quieter then the other hotels. Can’t wait to return in a few months.

Bed was excellent. Water pressure was okay but difficult to control temperature in shower and sink. Daily bedding change and mopping of floor in room was appreciated. Missed towel service multiple times and had to request but handled quickly. Could not control room temperature needed to be much cooler!

9/10 Wonderful! (5,303 reviews)
We absolutely loved the Animation team, they kept a fun energy around the resort that made our whole experience. The Japanese restaurant and steak house was a favorite dining option for our family. The beach area was clean and well maintained. Volleyball was one of our favorite activities as well as yoga in the morning. All staff members carried a smile and truly made the vacation enjoyable. We plan on returning!

"The rooms really need to be updated. We did not like getting all of our drinks in paper cups. Drinks were very pricey."
