Although our AC didn’t work it was a good inclusive resort, we had our own oceanview room but we stayed here with around 15 family members and everyone had a really good time there are a lot of really good dining options we loved the restaurant in front of the beach. They only have one club for nightlife in the resort, and it’s full of 18-year-olds and not that fun. I definitely recommend getting discounted tickets to Coco bongo beforehand if you want to experience nightlife. The shows were cool and late night eats were good

The hallway was very clean and comfortable air conditioned!!! The staff had great customer service. Great location, cab drivers were close by, to take you wherever you need to go. The pool was amazing, the beach was beautiful, I was able to walk in the sand along the beach. The suite was very clean and comfortable, thanks for the sitting area, we even had a bar and the fridge was full of water and Beverages!!! Thank for making our vacation enjoyable!!! Overall the best all inclusive I’ve been to. By far the best food options and restaurants, A+, drinks were good as well. We went during their offseason and we think the entertainment wasn’t as great for that reason. Other reviews said the entertainment was excellent. The beds were very firm. My group of 6 all complained about the rock hard beds. Not to nit pick, but thats really the only real negative we encountered. This is a resort my group of 6 said we would all come back to.

"The beach was amazing. Restaurants around the hotel were wonderful. Only problem is the pool chairs get taken by people putting towels on the chairs and not showing up for hours to use them so it is difficult to get a chair by the pool with shade. This should be stopped by the hotel."
