The kiosk method of checking in/out which was quick and easy but make sure you have the confirmation number and the passport or DL of the person who booked the room to do it. The room was clean, spacious, and offered AC. The water pressure of the shower was too strong and borderline painful on sensitive areas. I liked the gym but half the treadmills and the water dispenser were out of service. Overall, I would stay here again!

The cleanliness was great. The rooms spacious and equipped with everything you could need and want. I would definitely stay there again. I would have liked the pool hours to be open later into the evening. The Mexican restaurant Lucias had excellent staff and food!

had a great overall experience at the Wynn and truly enjoyed our stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms are well-maintained, and the atmosphere is exactly what you would expect from a luxury property. However, there was one significant issue that affected our experience. On the morning of our checkout day, we approached the front desk to ask if it would be possible to stay in the room for a few extra hours, as our flight was not until 11 PM. We completely understand that the answer could be no, and that late checkout is not always available. That said, the way the request was handled was very disappointing. The response we received was not polite and came with a noticeable negative attitude. There was eye-rolling and an unwelcoming tone, which felt very unprofessional and not aligned with the level of service we expected from a hotel of this standard. We asked to speak with a front desk manager, who was more pleasant, but unfortunately no solution or accommodation was offered. Aside from this interaction, everything else was excellent. We hope management takes this feedback seriously, as service at the front desk plays a big role in the overall guest experience.

The elevator wasn’t working so there was like 20 of us trying to take the stairs and the last door was locked and we couldn’t get out
