Orini Nafpaktia Beach Holidays

Cleanliness was an issue for me. The Hotel wasn't clean therefore I felt unclean. Dust on the wall attached hair dryer and a lot of other surfaces. No bathmat, no washcloths, scratchy towels. Bed linens were the bear minimum, one crummy pillow, and just sheets, no blanket option. One member on staff running around trying to do everything, front desk, paperwork, checking if rooms are ready, answering to customers, leaving the front dest un attended when customers need to get help and out the door. All I want to say is I will not be back to stay there.

The air conditioner was not working properly so it was very hot in our room. The staff kept saying that it felt cool to them so they wouldn’t do anything to help. It was cooler than outside but not cool enough to sleep. By the last night it was finally fixed after complaining over and over and over again

We spent 5 days here; 5 days of that truly decadent breakfast, 5 days enjoying the luxurious grounds and service. Lana and the staff here made us feel like family. Arkoudi, the nearby town, is wonderful and has some great restaurants and a really nice bay beach if you find you want to explore outside this Grecotel resort area. My work brought us here, and it's been a lovely discovery - we would like to return to the area and the Mandola Rosa for another trip in the future!

Stunning property nestled between a couple of other related properties. Very quiet and beautiful grounds, rooms and accommodations. The staff are incredible; friendly, welcoming and eager to help make the stay a pleasure - and it was. We spent 5 days here; 5 days of that truly decadent breakfast, 5 days enjoying the luxurious grounds and service. Lana and the staff here made us feel like family. Arkoudi, the nearby town, is wonderful and has some great restaurants and a really nice bay beach if you find you want to explore outside this Grecotel resort area.
