Lovely room, friendly staff and good cocktails. It’s a little walk to city centre

I was worried that it would be noisy in the Temple Bar area, but even on a Saturday night I didn’t hear a thing in our room.

The hotel was great. We stayed before a gig at the 3Arena. The room was very comfortable - possibly in need of some updating but nothing that was off putting. We had to call reception about a window which was not closing properly. They sent someone up in minutes and as it couldn’t be fixed straight away we were moved to another room. All very quick and without issue. After the gig we had a drink in the bar. It was busy enough with a nice atmosphere. We didn’t have anything to eat in the hotel but they seemed to have a lovely selection available. We used the swimming pool, sauna and steam room. It was lovely. We used the hotel parking discount and parked the car in the Best grand central. Very reasonable for Dublin. I would return if the price was right again.
