Starting with the positive, this hotel truly shines when it comes to its proximity to the beach and local attractions. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful. However, our recent stay was unfortunately marred by a series of issues that impacted our experience. In one of our rooms, we encountered a clogged shower and a broken air conditioning unit, making for an uncomfortable stay. The refrigerator was also noticeably dirty upon arrival. In the second room, the AC unit was leaking. These maintenance issues are simply unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. Considering we booked this hotel specifically for its beach amenities, we were severely let down, for two out of our four days, the hotel ran out of beach towels by 10 AM, with staff unable to provide any estimate for when more would be available. Furthermore, the hotel's beach chairs were completely claimed by 5 AM every morning, forcing us to pay for external chairs daily. This completely negated one of the primary reasons we chose this hotel. To compound these problems, the hotel staff seemed indifferent to our concerns. When we brought these issues to their attention, while they addressed them, there was a distinct lack of empathy or urgency to resolve them. A more friendly and proactive approach from the staff would have gone a long way in mitigating our frustration. While the location is undeniably a major draw, the multitude of problems was notable.

Great location and a great hotel. We took the ferry over from Split. It was literally a three minute walk to the hotel. check in was easy with a friendly staff, breakfast was full of options and plentiful, restaurants were everywhere. We couldn't have asked for anything better. Oh, and they gave us an upgraded room with a beautiful view. I 100% recommend!

One of our favourite hotel stays in recent years. Great location, super friendly staff and lovely rooms. The bar and restaurant were both very good as well. They say the true test of hospitality is when something goes wrong, well, the one small problem we had with a leaking A/C unit was fixed within five minutes, with both Maintenance and House Keeping attending to fix and clean up. Amazing! Other hotels could learn from this. We will definitely be going back.

This hotel is a solid good hotel and has the potential to be great. The hotel itself is in an amazing location, on the beach with close access to the paid beach facilities so you are very close to the sea, and less than a ten minute walk to the marina. The hotel complex is massive and has several pools, snack bars, restaurants, and a couple receptions, so you never feel squashed together. You are assigned a restaurant at check in, but we did explore another restaurant anyway which was just as impressive if not better than ours. The restaurant is in a buffet style and is tasty, but can feel quite repetitive after while but staying for seven days is fine in respect of food variety. Our room was recently refurbished and looked quite modern, and the room was in a clean state which was a relief. We received fresh towels every other day and a ‘touch up’ once during the week, please bear in mind that the bedding was only tidied and not actually changed. The hot water was temperamental and we had atleast two, if not three days without hot water but this may have just been an issue with our room specifically. The clubhouse was a great touch, which was an adults only semi-indoor pool and relaxation area with a paid bar, although an all-inclusive bar was a very short walk away. It allowed us to relax in a quieter environment with a great pool with views of the sea.
