The property & rooms are well appointed and very clean. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

Obviously the location of the hotel and the hotel condition was great. But their is big problem with the service in the hotel. At breakfasts when we order anything except open buffet we never receive it, and we left without eating anything two morning.Afternoon we asked for drinks and they look after us after 45 mins, while checkout we asked for buggy and help it didn’t came. This is high priced hotel, and it should not be like that.

We enjoyed our stay and the staff was amazing. Everyone was so helpful and accommodating, and had great suggestions on things to do in the area. Our flight arrived very early and the resort provided transportation and a complementary breakfast while we were waiting for the room to be ready. From the moment we stepped onto the property the staff made us feel comfortable and welcome. We traveled as a family, and the two bedroom villas were nice and spacious – plenty of room for a family of five. This resort is definitely outside of town, so figuring out transportation is a must- which the staff will help with if needed.

Stayed at Kouros Exclusive Hotel & Suites and overall had a good experience with a few minor issues. We were originally given Room 217 (Junior Suite), however the shower was quite exposed which made it feel uncomfortable and lacking privacy. We spoke to the manager, who was helpful and moved us to Room 219, a Superior room, which was much nicer and appreciated. The hotel has a very chilled, relaxed atmosphere and is great if you want somewhere calm to stay. One thing to note is that privacy in some areas/rooms can be limited depending on the layout. The highlight of the stay was definitely the breakfast – excellent selection, fresh food, and a really enjoyable start to each day. Overall, a pleasant stay with helpful management and fantastic breakfast. However were not offered a welcome drink or 20% off spa.

The rooms were small but stylish with an excellent shower. The location was excellent being located right in the old town but the thing that stood out for us was the staff Every member of staff was very chatty and helpful. They could not do enough for us. We would definitely use 10GR again We also had the transfer from the airport and return which included being taken from the airport to a gateway to the Old Town then transfer to a golf buggy the the final trip up the narrow streets. This was well worth it
