Isla San Jose Beach Holidays

Breakfast was gross. Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. The only positive thing I can say about this hotel it’s the location is very very nice close to food close to shopping just a good energyand the staff was really nice. They’re under construction some of the rooms don’t have A.C None of the elevators have AC.

The location very nice. The hotel beautiful The service excellect. Wonderful live music in the lou ge/seeting area. Breakfast so good. Would recommend to anyone.

The breakfast was very good, better than expected. Spa was relaxing but the sauna should have been included. The lights in the bathroom should be brighter.

This hotel is very convenient for the airport and has a shuttle with hourly service. The beds were firm and super-comfortable. The outdoor pool and garden area in the centre of the hotel are quite beautiful and much appreciated by families and others wanting a cool space. Breakfast was good, and the hotel also offers a restaurant with nice meals.

Amazing stay. Only thing I felt was over priced was the New Year’s party. As guest we should have been given a better price but other than that it was a great stay.

Very clean hotel , staff was accommodating and the amenities were good. Awesome location close to everything you’ll need.

The internet service was fast and the choices for breakfast was adequate.

The staff was fantastic and very friendly.
