Loved my stay here! Ana was helpful from the moment I arrived, and the room was clean with easy access to both Bacvice Beach and Old Town, with several food and convenience markets nearby. Thank you for a great experience!

The air conditioned room was life saving due to the heat wave affecting Split while I was visiting. The terrace had an incredible view of the Old Town and was wonderful to sit on at sunset when it was cooled down outside. The bedroom and bathroom I had was very spacious as well. I would definitely stay here again if I visited Split in the future!

This was our third time staying at this resort because we’ve always enjoyed it. The room was very clean, and the housekeeping staff was excellent—very friendly, professional, and attentive. However, the bar experience was disappointing. The beach bar wasn’t open during our stay, which was a big disappointment. The main bar also had issues with its system being down, and the staff seemed confused most of the time. I asked about the status of my order, and the bartender simply looked at me, said they didn’t have my order, then turned away and ignored me. The order arrived about five minutes later, making the whole situation even more confusing. For a 5-star resort, I expected a much higher level of service. Hopefully, these issues will be improved because we’ve always enjoyed staying here.

Toiletries need to get a little upgrade. Room is little small. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very quiet with gorgeous views.
