We stayed at the Novotel Mestre Castellana and had a wonderful experience from the very first moment. The welcome was warm and professional, and the entire staff was always friendly, helpful, and attentive to our needs. A special thank you goes to the **GO CITY CENTER TRAVEL** transfer service to Venice city center, which we found extremely convenient and efficient. The service is prominently featured at the reception area, where there is a beautiful information corner with videos and images that immediately gives guests a clear understanding of the quality and value of the service offered. We would like to thank the entire staff for their kindness and professionalism throughout our stay. It was a very positive experience that we would gladly recommend to anyone looking to visit Venice while staying in a comfortable and well-organized hotel. Great hotel, 20 minutes walk from st marks square, great waterfront hotel with easy access to everything.

The property was well maintained and in a very convenient spot. The breakfast was ok. It was the same food every day but good quality. I thought it said we would eat on the roof so we could overlook the city but that wasn’t the case. We ate on the main floor. Staff were ok. Just not super friendly.

Tha room was impeccable clean. Clean sheets and extra pillows was available. Bathroom was modern with excellent waterstream cold and hot. Staffs were very helpful and the breakfast was very good. Shopping was all around and near.

No frills but huge suites (great for a family of 5) right off of St. Marks Square. Amazing value and space. Could have better blankets and bedding.
