Espalmador Island Beach Holidays

Really nice hotel. Room was clean, although there was a slight air-con leak in our room and the iron I asked for never arrived. Gym is small but reasonably equipped. WiFi not good in some parts of the hotel, couldn't get it in breakfast area or roof terrace.

This property is situated in the quiet streets of the old town. The hotel itself, immaculately maintained, friendly and helpful staff with a car available at a moments notice to take you to the TAXI rank outside of the walls of the old town. beautiful, peaceful location highly highly recommended and worth the money.

A fantastic holiday with our 1 year old. Massive sized rooms and hotel looks huge from the outside which worried us it could be busy but doesn’t feel that busy as rooms are so big. Great location walking distance from the marina with lots of restaurants, super markets and the beach. Staff were amazing and always welcoming in every department. Very family oriented hotel but not tacky like many other family hotels out there. Santa Eulàlia is a great location for families who want to avoid the party side of the island but still have a great atmosphere. Only downside is how expensive the food and drink is at the hotel. €6.50 for a bottle of water at the bar at night and €11.90 for a milkshake! I do expect to pay more on holiday but that seems excessive! We went to the supermarket for waters and other snacks in the end! All round though we loved it and wished we had stayed for longer.

Total disappointment for the high price we paid. Front desk was rude and unhelpful, after all this hotel claims to be a 5* which is not. Property claims it has a private beach which is not correct. You could not even get to the first water dude to the amount of people there for the day. Be ready to eat at the buffet every night as it is impossible to get reservations at the other only 2 restaurants left. Don’t bother calling the front desk, they will never pick up the phone, I tried 15 times, not once, it was answered. Location is about 30-45 minutes from main Ibiza, and absolutely NOtHiNG outside the resort to do, no different restaurants, no supermarket, the hotel does not even have “little store” for forgotten amenities or a headache medicine if needed. Will never go back to this location, hence TRS hotels in general.
