Property exactly as described, large modern rooms, comfy beds and lovely building. We chose not to use the mezzanine as it’s a bit precarious going up and down the steps and there is no furniture apart from bed so it could do with a bedside table.

Amazing property. I had "leftover room" because I booked last minute and no better rooms were available. I expected ver small room at the end of the hallway. But I was very surprised. Room was large and comfortable very clean and modern. Bed and bedding were luxurious. I absolutely loved the architecture of the hotel. Whoever designed the spaces is a true artist. Free lattes, free city tour, free free free. Great overall stay. I would 100 percent recommend this hotel to everyone.

Avoid at all cost, the hotel is a ran down, everything is damaged inside. The staff should be sacked immediately. Parking space is barely available. The gym is a joke. Basically they advertise as full of extras but everything is a poppet show with nothing included and everything outside. Really disappointed. On top of everything heavily overpriced for what’s on offer.

Cheap polyester pillows, and threadbare towels ruined an otherwise luxurious stay. The property is beautiful and well maintained. However, the soft goods are like those of a cheap 1-star motel and prevented a restful nice sleep. Clearly, management cut corners in the wrong place and is damaging its long term brand. They should just raise prices and buy real feather down pillows and quality comforters. Otherwise, it’s a property to avoid.

Staff was helpful and professional, manager helped recommended additional places to see and made the reservations as well. Restaurant staff was very professional, always coming back to your table asking if everything was good and needed anything else. We will be coming back for visits here
