We had a warm welcome and the hotel looked fantastic. During our stay the staff were most helpful with directions, reservations and advice on ferry booking etc. Our room was nice, really clean and well maintained. However, we felt unable to use the pool and the sunbeds because after sitting by the pool on the first day we were unable to sit and enjoy as other residents with large groups of children were so noisy and screaming. I appreciate children make noise when they play but we came for peace and quiet and this was not the place for that. The hotel had a lovely restaurant, good breakfast and great service.

A lot to unpack here but basically I would not come back. The best way to summarize it is this is a decent 4 star hotel but a terrible 5 star hotel. They say they are one and they charge like there are one but they are far from it. To start is they forgot to pick me up from the airport. They did compensate by giving me a free lunch but neither the concierge nor the manager came to apologize. The rooms are super small and all furniture is dated. They are patches on the wall for repairs that are poorly done. The beach is super far from the hotel. The property feels dated. The silver lining are some of the people that you can tell they try really hard. A couple of male staff were great but I neglected to ask for their names and one lifeguard named Guisy was extremely helpful and friendly like you expect. Also an older lifeguard at the beach was great. Also the restaurant Giusto is worth its price. Solid dinner. But I paid 1000 euros per room. If you are going to charge me that you need to deliver on all fronts.

This property is just beautiful! It sits atop a bigger hill overlooking cannigione and has a wonderful view. There are three outdoor pools and one pool in the spa area to choose from. The rooms are well maintained and comfortable with excellent amenities. The staff is friendly and the service was excellent. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a getaway that is calm and relaxing yet so close to everything. Highly recommend you rent a car in Sardinia- made life so much easier and more fun to get around. You’d definitely Need it to drive up and back when you want to the retreat. Only thing missing is a gift shop on site especially If you need small items last minute but there’s a market down the hill that is a five minute drive. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I love the fact that the hotel has access to the beach that is one of number one priority. And I was impressed about the food specially the dinner it was outstanding!

We left our towels on the floor before leaving the room in the morning, expecting them to be changed. However, when we returned in the evening, all the dirty towels had been hung back up on the racks as if they were clean. Unfortunately, we only realized they were still dirty after we had already used them to shower. When we went to the lobby to address this with the tall woman at the reception, she responded aggressively, stating, "It's not like you wash your towels every day at home." When we asked if this was how they treat their guests, she replied, "I don't care what you do, it’s none of my business." Aside from the terrible service, the rooms were extremely small—there was not even enough space to open a second suitcase—and there was no view. The breakfast was mediocre and nothing special. Overall, the hotel offers very poor value for money, but the unprofessional and rude behavior of the receptionist was particularly upsetting and unacceptable.
