Great hotel, even though not that centric. Nice design and thematic. Staff very helpful. Nice bar and restaurant. Has a sauna/steam room and jacuzzinin the spa area. Would choose it again

The room was luxurious, welcoming and incredibly comfortable. We loved the bed, linens and all the space for us and our belongings. It was quiet and a relaxing to be in our room. The shower was a small challenge given the smoothness of the very deep bathtub.
It was not easy to stay warm while washing our body and the open-air shower.

We did not receive any VIP access benefits. The hotel is very cute and clean, the staff is wonderful but the walls are paper thin (you can hear everything your neighbors do) and no amenities.
The staff is very nice.
I suggest the hotel should be adults only due to the size of the rooms and the fact that you can hear every noise.

Property is large enough for a pleasant vacation ,we travelled as a couple property was for 4/5 which would mean using lounge as a bedroom so may be a problem with a family. Swimming pool was clean and safe . The only problem was mosquitoes we were unable to use the outside seating area with sadly all methods tried to minimise effect . Overall a relatively inexpensive property but as previously mentioned by other visitors there are a number of charges on arrival for bedding ,towels ,cleaning if you don’t clean on leaving etc .
