The hotel was really lovely, staff were great but the room was so hot. Air con didn’t work and the window only opened slightly. We arrived at this hotel about 10pm, so it was too late to didn’t have a good night sleep because it was so hot in our room.

Rooms nice but some sockets broken and upgrading required but nothing to complain about over all happy.
Although being asked for €150 on arrival for a deposit without knowing this was a surprise.
Might be good to prepare people for this added expense.

The stay was lovely and reception and restaurant staff at dinner time, however at lunch time at bar, the staff were rude when I asked if I could modify a dish for my 1yr old. They told me to go elsewhere for other options as couldn’t just give me avocado - I was shocked as the hotel staff been so attentive otherwise! The hotel isn’t child friendly when it comes to food.

Stay was good. Kitchen was clean but not a big selection of food for British ppl. More suited for the European menu. My room was not cleaned in the 4 days I was there or fresh towels given. Maybe this is policy but everywhere I have stayed in the past this was just normal
