9.4/10 Exceptional! (1,410 reviews)
Very pleasant stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the chocolate goodies in our room. There was a cute water station and reading library in the lobby. If we chose not to have our room cleaned on some days, we were given a voucher for a free drink at the lounge. Great location for walking to Old Town sites. Front desk staff were exceptional. Breakfast buffet was excellent. There is a cute fitness room available. The parking is tight, so advisable to have small vehicles only, (we had a van which was a big challenge).

Bathroom shower stall was really dirty. Room was okay but the pillows were not comfortable, both pillows were flat. I definitely will not stay at this hotel again.
