Great location, disappointed the outdoor pools on the property are run by another company and that hotel guest have to pay to use, felt a bit tricked so didn't use anyother facilities at the hotel. Lots of great places to drink, eat and enjoy within walking distance of the hotel, rooms where good and comfy beds

The room was of a good size clean and nice.
The breakfast was ok however needs more hot food choices.
The receptionist and the lady that cleaned our room when we had a slight problem were extremely helpful and polite.
The housekeeping manager I found was rude and unhelpful

The location of the hotel was superb. Hotel Michelangelo was a short walking distance from the action. Even though this is a budget friendly hotel, the property was clean & well maintained. The staff were professional & very helpful. My room was cleaned each day & they have a nice selection of Romanian wine at their bar. If I visit Bucharest again, I will definitely stay there again.
