L'hôtel été très agréable avec un petit dej au top le seul hic c'est dans la salle de bain shampooing et gel douche a disposition mais pas de gel douche ou de savon le lit été un

Sejour parfait- localisation idéale. Staff hyper gentil & pro. Chambre propre, propre, propre! On reviendra, mais sans le petit dej cette fois . Bien mieux d’aller manger dans les alentours.

Very helpful staff. The hotel is being renovated and so there are workman on site but it didn’t interrupt our stay.

A/C not working! Hard to sleep in a hot room!

Rooms were clean, we had two doubles rooms, 212 & 214 and one shower could have been upgraded. The bar was lovely & reception. The staff including the ones cleaning were all professional, curious and super helpful. The carpets are a bit dated but all in the place was clean. We enjoyed staying there & easy to get to, & had that ‘old fashioned grand’ look about the hotel that we loved. Will come back! Vina & friends

Our room was very clean (as was the entire property) and beautifully decorated.

The rooms are beyond lovely, with high ceilings, architectural details, antiques detailed appointments, wallpaper like de Gournay and modern (yet traditional style) marble bathrooms. The lobby is beautiful. Our complaint was that the breakfast is overly expensive and underwhelming. It was perhaps the most disappointing breakfast of all 5 star hotels we visited in Europe over the past five years…yet more expensive-not a good value. Also they forgot to remind us that we were owed a welcome drink.

We’ve travelled quite and our stay at this beautiful hotel is at the very top of all of our many delightful experiences. What a dream! What lovely staff. Our only regret is that we didn’t book more nights here. We can’t wait to be back!

WE had room 46, which was to the back of the hotel. When we checked in, we were told that we would be able to park right outside the room, but when we walked round to the room, there were concrete blocks preventing us from leaving the road to park outside the room. So, we parked in the road whilst we emptied the car. Downstairs was a seating area, and the toilet right off this area, which we thought a bit strange. If the toilet was used, then the consequences of the use would fill the seating area. The tea and coffee making area was also in the lounge area, but the strange thing is that there is no sink or water supply downstairs. So, to get water for the kettle, or to wash your hands after using the toilet,, you have to navigate the stairs, which are a little tight.
