Room is nice and clean, the plus is the Nespresso coffee machine, water and soda in the fridge.

We absolutely loved our stay here and will be back time and time again! It was so nice to stay in Vegas without those typical “Vegas” issues like a casino at the bottom. We had a PHENOMENAL breakfast at the restaurant downstairs and we felt so safe with the extra security! Had such a wonderful time :)

Fontainbleau is a classy, clean and beautiful resort! I can’t wait to return!

Clean room and hepf staff

I like the quiet areas (2nd floor lounge?) The hotel is old but well maintained - clean, no "old building smell" Breakfast provided is healthy - and there is variety.

My room was very noisy during the night. First, the city noises, such as garbage trucks working at 2am in the morning, that could be avoided eith better window isolation, then inside the room there was some noise of water dripping inside the walls and the noise of the centeal ACV system running. Additionally, the room was very hot and no way to control the temperature.

The staff was wonderful, the hotel located in a great location (minutes from Times Square), room was clean and they do come in daily to changes sheets, provide clean towels, etc. The only negative is the condition of the rooms. While the lobby is clean, updated and beautiful, the rooms are run down and need a definite makeover. My room had a mini fridge, but the rooms my traveling companions had did not.

Rooms aren’t generally cleaned. But location is great and easy access to parking. They do get you with the fees tho. So be ready for that.

Such an amazing place to stay. The condo hotel was huge with a full kitchen 2 bathrooms, dining area, living room and private bedroom. Washer and Dryer as well. Comfortable bed and place to stay. Clean and had more than what we needed. The walk to the nearby casinos is through a covered connector which was really nice. We loved our stay here and thought it was amazing. When we checked in at Vdara they let us know that even though it was owner owned they there for anything we needed. Valet parking was included for free which was a huge bonus. We don't normally need daily cleaning so that was not an issue for us at all. We loved our stay. It exceeded our expectations and was wonderful! I hope to book another stay here. Fantastic location and stay all around!!!!
