Room was nice. Couldn't turn AC off. Miss informed about breakfast and had a steak at lunchtime which was inedible. The hotel is in a great location for travelling on the eurostar. There a nice bar/ restaurant across the road ( go out of the door next to the 3 check in desks) slightly left and cross the road. Lovley staff and food was superb.

The room didnot have an iron, also shaving kits, toothpaste etc were not available.
Otherwise, really good experience and the staff was courteous and helpful too.
