The staff at Motto were so helpful and super kind, the hotel is beautiful, clean, well maintained very well located, a bakery and coffee shop is in the hotel, very convenient, it’s in my top ten hotels in Europe, I will recommend it to everyone and come back for sure!

All fine. Eating was a struggle but you have a little fridge type contrivance for bits and bobs as they do not mention the resteraunt is only open on weekends and no breakfasting facilities whataoever.

This is a well-known chain hotel by well-known operator, but the staff was quite hospitable in a manner more compatible with a boutique hotel. The rooms were exactly what you would expect in a hotel like this. The breakfast area was expansive and with an American style buffet with any kind of breakfast food you would want or expect. One of the things I really liked about this hotel was that it is located right across the street from the entrance to the Stadtpark. This also includes the metro stop by the same name which can whisk you to all parts of the city. In other words, it is a great location in central Vienna.

The hotel we stayed at on the first day of our family trip to Austria was the best, with everything perfect. The staff were very friendly, and the place was clean. The breakfast was delicious, and I loved the feeling of being treated like royalty. It was a shame to only stay for one day. If I visit Vienna again, I would love to stay here again.
