Food was so nice
Staff very friendly
Room clean and tidy.
This is advertised as a 5* hotel, defiantly not more a 4* as we always stay at 5* and this is not what we usually get. This did not ruin our stay as we had a brilliant time.

well it is more like a motel. you need to walk 5 minutes to your rooms .
second they have 3 restaurants but you really only 1 available every day. that is the buffet
the others need to be reserved 24h in advance.
no same day booking
worst part when you do get your reservation the restaurant is half empty and you cannot help to wonder why you need to book 24 h in advance if they are not full anyway
2 days in a row we had to kill giant cockroaches never seen that in any 4 stars hotel i have been to.
no room service..........none whatsoever ......never seen that in a 4 star hotel either

"This place was disgusting and smelled of cigarettes throughout the hotel. I did not stay there because it was so gross. There were literally two dead kittens outside the front door. They should have zero stars"

"The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were small but clean, the shower head in our bathroom was not fixed to the wall, we asked for it to be fixed but they never fixed it. The location was excellent. I would stay here again as the staff were great."
