Loved the breakfast

Hotel is in the city center and very close to the cathedral. Lots restaurants nearby. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Beautiful room and very comfortable. Highly recommend to others who plan to visit Milan.

Property is on a top floor of a beautiful building. It’s in a very convenient location to restaurants, train station as well as the port. The communication with the host is excellent. A bit confusing on how to access the building and how to get to the suites. My issue with understanding. You get into the building, there is a small elevator ( or a walk up the grand staircase). Then you enter the suites on the top floor. The room we stayed in was spacious. Large bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. AC was excellent, king size bed comfortable, all linens and towels great. Coffee/ tea available. We were really happy to have chosen and stayed here. Oh…construction noise started in the morning, but I’m sure that’s temporary.

We stayed here the night before catching a cruise. If your cruise departs from the main cruise pier the location can’t be beat. It’s literally a five minute walk. Ours was at the farther pier which required a taxi. However, the hotel is the perfect location for restaurants, shopping, site seeing, and train station. Trieste is very walkable, by the way with lots of restaurants and shopping. The property itself was meticulously maintained. The rooms are bright, modern, well appointed, and air conditioned. Included is a wonderful buffet breakfast with excellent selection and service. Our only minor gripe is the reception staff was not as attentive as we hoped, probably because it seemed understaffed. Other than that, would highly recommend.

Fantastic hotel

The hotel is rated 4 stars, however I would say it’s a 3 star hotel at most. The location is great if you’re going to the port and the people working there are very attentive. But the hotel, the rooms, bathroom are very basic. We stayed at a quadruple room with a king size bed and a bunk bed which barely had a window at the end of the room (a little bit of light came through it). If you’re looking for a 4 star hotel that offers a bit more luxury than your typical hotel this is not it.
