Excellence hotel useful staff great breakfast however the lifts weren't the best

The parking was free including un the underground garage if you check in online. Reception check in was brilliantly fast and efficient and luckily the room was available early. We love the garden and huge open spaces . Traditional and modern architecture. Access to Mon Brio via the Spa ( very good price in the week) is a feature we value greatly. The shower was hot, the bed comfortable, the balcony and seating with view of the pool was all much appreciated as was the friendly staff at all levels of the team . Enhorabuena! The room was wonderful and the hotel staff was SUPER-HELPFUL in assisting us in finding great restaurants and in finding where we needed to go to take our tours. They were very friendly and helpful.

Sadly when we got into our room the towels provided were wet, but as soon as we asked fresh towels were bought up. WiFi was good for the first three days then as it got busy it stopped working. We were given wine and cava for our anniversary with chocolate strawberries which was lovely. The room was cleaned daily to a high standard. The bar upstairs was great one night but then as it got busy it took 30mins for us to be served which was a shame. Overally 4/5 experience.
