Spanish Pyrénées Cheap Holidays

A beautiful hotel with wonderful staff who went out of their way to help and accommodate our needs. The breakfast and meals were very good. The rooms were clean and spacious, The hotel location is a quiet, semi rural/industrial area not near any other shops or restaurants which was not an issue because the hotel restaurant is very good. Parking is excellent. Taxi service into the Pamplona old town was easy and reasonably priced 5 star outstanding hotel staff. Initially the hotel location was difficult to find from the highway but once found no problems.

Pamplona Eurostars hotel is about 1km from the old town and easy walk to and from. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. We booked using Expedia a double room, which was confirmed in writing. When we arrived there were two single beds. It took two trips to reception to have the issue resolved, first I was told that was all they had and after I checked my emails and told them I would not have booked the hotel knowing two single beds would be the result they then had staff change the bed setup in the room, this should have been done initially. I was told that what you book on Expedia would not be relayed to the hotel (that seems ridiculous) The exterior of the hotel is dark and unwelcoming and the interior is better but lacked decoration and really no ambiance at all. The Bar doubles as the breakfast area and dining area, again very clean but spotlight on the tables should be off or redirected in the evening. Breakfast was good. Parking in the underground garage was no problem.
