The staff was extremely helpful and the property was perfect for our family!

firstly i want to praise staff, were very helpful even for the smallest thing. they went over and beyond. breakfast was very decent as well (both hot & cold). rooms were clean. hotel location is excellent and was close to old town which is main attraction.

My single twin bed room was very small, but clean. There was no air conditioning; during the day, I had my window open, but I closed it at night because it gets very loud outside even at night. There was a cold water dispenser in the hallway, but no carafe to bring water back to the room, only a small disposable plastic cup included in the bathroom. The front desk staff were very polite and helpful. The breakfast setup was a little unorganized (there was nobody working when I showed up, so I started getting my food, and only while I was doing that did an employee of the restaurant come in and ask me what room number I was staying in), but the food was sufficient for a hotel breakfast. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for a charming short stay while you explore Kraków's Old Town, but would suggest somewhere more out of the way (and possibly more modern) if you're staying a week or more.

The hotel was just yards from the old town square. The staff were helpful and professional in their duties. The room was cleaned daily to a high standard.
