We love the place. It was a really nice hotel to stay in Madrid.
My cousin and I stayed at the hotel 2 nights. But I don’t understand the overcharge of $10 for doing a checkout 1 hour later due to traffic, I don’t get it.

Super clean rooms (seriously spotless 👌), and the location couldn’t be better—right by Plaza España with gorgeous views.
Big shoutout to Azhmad, William, and Lucia from the staff—they were absolute stars 🌟. So friendly, helpful, and made us feel right at home.
