Wonderful location with lots of food options & convenient to the gare and park. A quiet hotel, 5th floor room had crampt toilet and modular shower without textured floor or grab bars. Would stay again on lower floor.

Well it's ok I guess, I mean it's very clean. The bar / restaurant staff were rude. I can only speak basic French and did my best but they don't greet you when you come in, leave you standing at the bar then 10 mins later slink over to ask you yes what do you want as if its a chore. The ladies on reception by polar opposite were lovely and very helpful. The shower holder was broken, the door handle was broken. I expected more I guess. The cleaners were lovely and it was spotless. Its situated near borolex offices in lyon and you get to walk through a lovely park past a bakery from the hotel to work. It's very near lyon train station, its very quiet. I would describe it as a business hotel. I had a comfort room you do need this as the rooms are long but very narrow. The aircon was quiet but battling against the heat. I didn't put shutters down fully as it felt like you were sleeping in a coffin not because of the size but because it felt airless and pitch black if you did this. Breakfast was OK the cakes were better than the buffet hot foods. The coffee tea machine were OK but not great. Its OK for a few days and it's safe but it's not for a holiday it was a good job that I was on a work trip.
