Perfect location and clean environment

Excelent location , breakfast was good and room was silent and clean. The service was also great.

I loved this hotel.. the rooms were clean.. the beds were inviting and comfy.. the penthouse bar and pool area looked like fun.. but the room service is a little ehh.. the food was good .. it was just missing items that was necessary .. they never came back with the items so couldn’t really eat the food.

Perfect location and clean environment

Beautifully designed property. Nice accommodations and staffing. In the heart of Times Square easy access to everything. Very secure safe setting and surroundings. Access keys are required on the elevators.

Great place to stay

We spent the week at Riu. It was a great hotel. The location is really good. Close to a subway stop. It was clean. Room was comfortable. We had the 2 queens and the pull out sofa. It was perfect. The front desk was good and the bar was good. I will stay here again.

The best thing about this hotel is its location. It is in a great neighborhood with some excellent outdoor space in the front oasis area and on the roof. The rooms are small but efficient. It is hard to figure out how to work the lights in the room, and there are no easy instructions. It is not a quiet hotel, but that is a tradeoff for being in a neighborhood. The staff are helpful but there seems to be a philosophy to offer minimal support to customers.
