I stayed here about a year ago before it switched owners and it was absolutely lovely. Not the same now. Despite a person sitting at the front desk, we needed to check ourselves in. Not welcoming or smooth. There were lockers before room check-in, but most were broken. Bathroom was dirty-shower was moldy. Floor dirty. Towels rough. Sink broken with a faucet that was not fully connected. Never heard of an extra fee for staying less than 7 days. Won’t stay again.

The customer service at the hotel was incredible!
Everyone was friendly and helpful even before our stay began.
The rooms are comfortable and decorated nicely. We will definitely choose this hotel again!
