I would have been able to give this hotel 5 stars, but we had one issue: the hot water in the room, which is very important to us for taking a relaxing shower after a long day of tourism . Even though the technicians checked it, the problem wasn’t resolved, and we had to shower several times with cold water. Other than that, the hotel is recommendable because the rooms are comfortable and clean. It’s located in an area just 8 minutes from the train station, which is convenient. The hotel, from what we observed, has a larger number of Asian and possibly African tourists, which is noticeable in the breakfast menu. The breakfast is excellent—so much so that on some days we weren’t even hungry for lunch.Also,the staff is super attentive: Sofia, Rachel, Amed. Especially Hashir, who was very friendly and attentive. The shakes on the first floor are also recommended; I don’t remember the name of the young lady there, but she was very attentive as well. Pool and gym looks nice . Overall, the hotel is very good.

Loved the breakfast. Had a nice, large balcony with a decent view. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and attentive.

Staff were very helpful & accomodating. Access to 2 beaches was helpful. Location was stunning.

Staff was great, especially Monika at the front desk. However, the property is showing its age. The non-renovated rooms were worn out and in need of complete redo. We were first given such a room and switched to a slightly smaller renovated room, which was brighter and had hard wood floors and far better. However, the materials used (e.g. closet) were cheap and workmanship in the room was not great and will not last well. Having an espresso machine was a positive. We also dined at the Asian restaurant which was ok. Once upon a time the hotel restaurants were quite good.

Only problem was with Expedia booking the stay. The Centara Mirage is an amazing stay 10 out of 10!

Horrified at cost of a coffee

This hotel is outstanding, from the minute you arrive to the minute you leave it couldn’t be better,the staff are amazing, rooms are the best I’ve stayed in. Pool and gym excellent, breakfast world class too. We will be returning soon. Thank you
