We were greated on arrival and shown around our amazing apartment - it was fantastic and right in the middle of Zadar old town, so everything was within easy reach! I look forward to returning soon!!

Unfortunately the property did not live up to the photos. No trolley to assist with luggage from car. Arriving a couple of hours earlier than check in told to go away and come back at 3 or return every half hour to see if room ready. No lift in hotel to assist with bags. The pool towels were worn and stained. The pool menus dirty. Pool staff were attentive. Room has been renovated which was nice as clean and tidy and the bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately the AC was not working the best. The breakfast tables were not wiped down which was uncomfortable. For us unfortunately the Property didn’t live up to its advertisement or cost after travelling across the Dalmatian coast in adults only hotels.

We had the most incredible stay at Mirakul, the room and property are absolutely beautiful, the pictures do not do it justice. The location is perfect and Sanja was a phenomenal host. I honestly cannot fault it, we were so sad to have to leave and will definitely be coming back for another relaxing stay

The best stay I’ve had in all of Europe was at Hyatt Regency, Zadar. The hotel is beautiful and I wish I could have stayed longer. They pay attention to all details of your stay beginning with exceptional staff at check in. If you want a luxury experience in Zadar this is the place.

The hotel is a children's paradise. The staff, young people from all over Europe, are eager and attentive, excellent with kids.

The hotel was clean but vary bare bones. The AC was inadequate. Breakfast was decent for the price.

No dejen los engañen con el “ALL INCLUSIVE”!! El todo incluido es solo engañen el restaurante principal en algunos horarios precisos, afuera de eso y en los bares todo se paga, y muy caro!!! La calidad de la comida es apenas suficiente, largas filas para comer. Los bungalows son sin electricidad, sin toallas, solo tienen sábanas en las camas, al final menos las sábanas lo tienen que llevar todo desde la casa porque literal no hay nada! Es para los amantes del turismo green, pasamos una noches en 5, solo el idea de tener que pasar más que una nos hubiera matado! No se lo recomiendo a nadie, no entiendo como en el 2026 puedan existir lugares como este!!
