Campanian Archipelago Cheap Holidays

The room was very clean, Breakfast was not great! There was very little choice, this was the 3rd hotel that I had stayed in during my trip and the worst Breakfast..you had to ask the member if staff for more coffee and it felt like you were imposing on them. The hotel itself is lovely but the area is very rough. Every cafe I went into advised me to put my bag in front of me and look out for pick pockets.

The check-in process was completely lacking. I stood outside for over an hour emailing calling and trying to get lit in the door. It says the front office is open, but you have to know how to get in the door. Apparently you have to use the keypad and click on one of the options that was available. But nowhere was that in the directions and the phone number to call the reception area was not taking phone calls and no one ever responded to my emails so I spent almost 2 hours standing outside until other people came along and let me in. Absolutely ridiculous!

It was really hot every time we ask to fix air conditioner they ignore us. Looks like they don’t understand what they’re saying.

The staff was incredibly charming and over the top generous in offering anything you needed. Super friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself is beautiful. Very modern and chic and obviously brand new. Rooms were decorated with a perfect blend of modern and classic italian amalfi coast style. Breakfast was perfect, one of the best on our trip. Had every option you could really think of and more - juicer station, machine that made fresh pancakes for you, so much more. The front desk were very helpful telling us about the ferragosto celebrations that were on during our stay and also with restaurant recommendations. Fresh towels were delivered to our room within a few minutes of requesting. And the rooftop pool saved us the day we arrived!! My only comment would be that the lunch was not the best. We ate at the rooftop terrace on the day we arrived for ease and convince but it was sup par. Pizza and a caprese salad. The mozzarella was not high quality and the pizza was overly soggy. But the staff and drinks made up for it in the moment. Overall great hotel! Amazing staff. And perfect location.

The local noises of dogs barking and cockerels crowing was bad enough but when it stopped one still couldn't sleep because the beds were so uncomfortable we'd have been better sleeping in the car. Fairly convenient location to walk to Pompei ruins - about 25 minutes - but definitely would not use again. The room was fair enough but the whole place was very tired indeed. The nearest one could get to breakfast was the contents of a vending machine. When the fire alarm went off at 4.30 in the morning no-one appeared to investigate and none of the other guests considered evacuating and no hotel staff were anywhere to be seen despite living on site, so we decided to leave a day early.
