We had a lovely stay at the Savoy! Fantastic staff and great location just a short walk from the town centre. We stayed in the family room which was great. Breakfast was good and also had a lovely meal one night in the restaurant. Live violinist was a treat!

The breakfast was very good and the spa was nice but a bit too noisy for proper relaxation. The group of friends making noise should have been asked to quieten down a little.

Had to raise an issue due to the noise of machinery (likely air-conditioning units) emitted from the roof of the hotel. The noise was loud enough to disturb our sleep. Reported to reception who didn't show any real concern that our sleep was disrupted. Instead told it should go off around 10pm and see how we went overnight then next day. Informed at the same time they had no other rooms available to move us to, which we did not believe. Noise continued, but to a lesser extent. Breakfast was mediocre. For the price, you can find better locally. Would return to Jersey, but not this hotel. Not worth the prices paid!

Great Location, friendly staff
"Great location, mid range hotel within walking distance of everything. Parts of hotel getting a bit worn is it only opens for peak season. Staff friendly, breakfast good (buffet) with plenty of choice"
