Quick, polite checkin. We were allocated an accessible room on the ground floor which cut out the need for the elevators which got busy at night.Didnt know the bar was shut on Sundays and Mondays which meant we couldn’t get ice or a drink after arriving but not a deal breaker. Fabulous shower and really comfortable beds…this hotel has become our go to accommodation after trying lots of others in similar area

Everything about our experience with Hotel Des Arts Paris Montemartre was superb. This hotel has the most wonderful staff I have ever experienced. Truly exceptional customer service - warm, lovely and so helpful. The hotel is beautiful, has amazing food, and is in a wonderful location. We really had such a fantastic time and look forward to another stay with them in the future.

The location of the hotel is fantastic for the RER for both Disney or central Paris, it’s a 2 minute walk to the station.
Hotel staff were polite and helpful. The room I had was very quiet and I didn’t hear any metros going past. Room has all your basic amenities and was cleaned daily. Pillows were particularly comfy.
Only thing that could be improved would be, I thought the duvet was a little short width ways. It was fine for me as a solo traveller, but I think couples might be fighting for covers.

A good base for 1 night. Staff were pleasant at arrival. Room was quite tired looking but decent size for large family.
Really good amenities - pool/pub/arcade room and a decent choice of food although unsurprisingly overpriced. Main restaurant area was very hot. Pool was on the chilly side and no lifeguard!! But the kids loved the slides and theming was good.
