My remote did not work.. so I could not watch TV. I went down to the front to ask for help and the guy was working alone so he could not leave the desk to do what he needed to in order to help. He wrote my room number down and.. nothing.

I had the best stay at Hotel des arts. The staff were very attentive and all the little details were magnificent. Macaroons in the room on check in, free drinks, L’occitaine products in the bathroom, room made up everyday. And a little check out gift when leaving. Best hotel experience in a long time if possibly ever. Would highly recommend. Thank you!
