Spa: 2/5 - The website did not advertise that the Spa 18+ area was "no clothing only" area. My wife could not enjoy the ameneties because it is against her comfort level.
Pool: 1/5 - The pool was the biggest disappointment. It was barely above freezing. My family couldn't stay in it for longer than 3 minutes. The front desk said there was nothing they could do. Multiple guests complained about the pool temperature.
Overall stay: We won't be returning to the hotel. We came for the Spa area and pool that were advertised. Without those, the hotel was a waste of time and money.

Room was much bigger than expected, very clean. Hotel is in a perfect location if you love hiking, it’s a short walk from the start of a bunch of trails that go in to the Black Forest. Staff is very friendly.
