Such a shame it’s a lovely hotel but no air conditioning in the hotel we had a terrible four nights sleep the room was so hot they did provide a fan , no blinds in the bathroom so all the sun shining through making the bedroom even hotter really hope the new owners make some changes

Fabulous views over the bay, helpful staff and a pool. Stayed here to celebrate my 70th birthday and thoroughly enjoyed it especially the champagne afternoon tea.
I can see why lots of the people we met were repeat visitors, some coming back every year.
The walk up the hill is quite steep but worth it when you get there.

Hotel staff were excellent but the fabric of the hotel left much to be desired.
We were made very welcome and staff were most helpful, it's just a pity that some furniture was quite shabby and needs updating.
One major problem was the bathroom where taking a shower was potentially dangerous, the baths are difficult to step in and out of due to their design which slopes too steeply.
