"We come for a gig at the Powderham Castle. A bit awkward to get to buy taxi. And very dear 45 Pound each way. Wonder if it would be an idea to the hotel is there any way when they have gigs on and they know they've got people staying for it but they could provide minbuses and charge people £10 each ..."

Great location, clean and comfortable
"Great stay as usual here. We use this as a stop off point on our way to Cornwall. Great location, plenty of parking, breakfast included. Rooms are a little dated and could do with an upgrade but they are clean and the other factors make up up for this."

"Very clean helpful receptionist although as a disabled person back door was closed at 9 pm so had to walk round to the front door which was closed at 10pm couldn’t see why the back door wasn’t open until 10pm"
