The check in was fast and efficient. The staff were helpful and friendly. The small room we were given was on the lower ground floor and the view was onto concrete steps. There was no ability to alter the room temperature as no opening windows - there was a radiator on (and one of us found the room a bit hot). Great to be able to store our luggage there when we left though.

Close to Kings Cross and St.Pancreas stations. Many pubs around.

Fantastic time at this hotel in Paddington! Close to Paddington station, giving you access to multiple tube/transport lines. So many food options and restaurants close by too. The room was very modern and clean! The bed was really comfortable. Staff were very helpful always greeting you with a hello good night. We included the breakfast and it was really nice. Plenty of options available. My only recommendation would be if toast or scrambled eggs were made available but that’s my own personal preference. Purchased coffee at the hotel each evening and it was deliciously prepared at a reasonable price! If returning to London, I would definitely consider staying here again! 10/10!
