Excellent facilities, efficient staff, nice room, delicious breakfast.

The location is great and the room was comfortable, bed was very comfortable after a long trip. Parking in the area is extremely difficult, Our water heater was not running when we checked in and had to wait for a warm shower, other than that everything was fine. We were fortunate to be on the first level, because there is no elevator.

Everything awesome about this place from immediate responses to our questions, to them adjusting temp in the apartment through the system I mean we were treated like kings. Our first time in Italy and they made it very memorable. Thank you to the team.

The room was clean and spacious. The staff at check in were lovely. The airline lost my luggage and they let me use the phone at the front desk as much as I needed. The restaurant and the breakfast were great. A server, Adel, was so patient and amazing.
