The property was nice however, they did have a lot of unbidden fees my husband and I were not aware of. When I booked this room, he said the only thing we had to pay at the hotel was $121. The receptionist then told us we had to pay an additional €700 at check-in as the alleged security deposit. We also got charged for room service every single day (service fee). There should be more food options both on room service and at the pool. Other than that everything was cool.

We stayed here for two nights as a family of three. The location isn’t too far from the station, but with luggage it’s a bit inconvenient. Buses nearby make it easy to reach places like the Trevi Fountain, and the Colosseum is accessible by metro.
Breakfast was good with a decent variety. On the downside, the elevator was very small, the room furnishings felt a bit flimsy, and the air conditioning was extremely noisy, making it hard to sleep. Staff were neither unfriendly nor especially welcoming.

We expected better. The rooms are great, but the quality throughout this hotel varies..
outside, we were unable to stay by the pool. We were SWARMED by bees. My husband got stung, our kid got stung. We let the property manager know and they promised to get back to us about this issue, we have yet to hear back from them. Very unsafe and unpleasant conditions outside by the pool. The amount of sun beds in comparison to amount of guests in this hotel is just a joke. Before breakfast we would have to go down and save a seat because by the time breakfast is over they’re all taken. Some days we couldn’t get a sun bed at all..
the staff don’t seem to take their job seriously.
